I, (Naomi) have had a love of all things fungi for as long as I can remember. I don't know whether it's their colours, their shapes and their delicate yet strong structures or their magical ability to appear overnight. I don't know what it is but what I do know is I think they're amazing and I have been planning this collection for the last two years in my head
Each month I will post an image the yarn will be based upon so you can choose whether or not you wish to join in. You can have a rolling subscription and receive a monthly invoice via paypal if you wish, that way you are guaranteed not to miss a month or you can order through here and dip in or skip as you wish. I have planned the colours of the fungi to flow so it should work well if you are planning on making a blanket or a 'faded' garment over the months and if you just fancy some new yarn pets they will look great lined up on a shelf!
Prices are from £9 plus postage
The yarn options are...
2 x 20g mini skeins (1 fungi based and 1 contrasting)
2 x 50g skeins (1 fungi based and 1 contrasting)
100g with a contrasting 20g mini
The above three options are available on 4ply smooth sock and smooth DK (both options are 75/25% merino/nylon). Crazy8 DK (100% merino) is also available
50g skein with a contrasting 20g mini is also available on 4ply smooth sock
The main skein colourway will be based on the picture in the listing, the contrasting colourway will be different each month and dyed to work with the main colourway but obviously they don't HAVE to be used together. The listing will go live on the last day of the month and stay active until the 20th of the month. Parcels will be sent during the last week of each month using a tracked service with Royal Mail
If you would prefer a rolling subscription/monthly invoice for this club please send me a message and that can be arranged for you

Due to the nature of hand dyed yarns and methods used, no two skeins are identical, even when dyed together within the same dye lot. If using more than one skein in a project we recommend alternating skeins every few rows to ensure even colour throughout your project.
Each skein has been hand dyed using professional grade colourfast dyes. Yarn is rinsed thoroughly in plain water, (we do not use soaps or soaks, scented or otherwise) but a small amount of colour run may occur during the first wash, especially if a soap or soak is used. Although this yarn is superwash and can be machine washed on a cool or wool setting, hand washing is recommended in cool/lukewarm water then lay flat to dry. All yarn bases have been ethically sourced and are cruelty free (non-mulesing)
We always try to accurately represent yarn colours but due to monitor variations the colours may vary slightly from screen to screen. Our photos are taken in natural light.
We are a smoke free, pet friendly household. All our yarns are stored away from our pets and every care is taken to ensure our pets do not come into contact with the yarn.
