Returns Policy
We do accept returns in accordance to the online distance selling regulations. If you wish to return a product please let us know within 14 days of you receiving it. All returned products must be returned in the same condition they were received in, in their original packaging - all yarn ties, labels and yarn bands need to be intact so the product is able to be sold again. Please do not return yarn that has be caked or balled up. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was faulty. Once your return has been received and checked over your refund or exchange will be issued
If your product was faulty please get in touch so we can arrange a replacement for you or a refund. Faulty products will need to be returned for inspection and shipping costs will be refunded in this event
We do not offer refunds on bleeding yarn as a small amount of bleeding is standard with hand dyed yarns. (Every effort is taken to avoid excessively bleeding yarn and we never knowingly sell yarn that bleeds)
